Amar'e was lucky enough to get a ceramic tea set for her
2nd birthday and until now we have only used it once. I decided that we were way over due for another tea party and it seemed like a perfect day for a tea party, and I was right! Everyone we invited was able to attend....and we proceeded to drink lots of tea, laugh and enjoy ourselves. I live for these moments....
Don't forget about our giveaway going on
here! :)
It sounds fun!! I admire you for being able to organise so fun activities for little Amare. Sometimes I feel so blocked with Nereus.
ReplyDeleteIt's all about rotating a handful of fun things around. Like finger painting, drawing on the big floor paper, blowing bubbles, making "food", book time....etc. We just try and rotate these things on different days. It gets harder to do when it's cold out because for now we can always break up the "block" by heading out to play in the yard, or to have a picnic lunch. There are some days where I get blocked and can't come up with anything to do so a nap is what we take. :)
DeleteCaleb has really gotten into drinking tea. I have a loose tea ball and there is a chinese market around the corner from where I work and they have every thing you can imagine. Their tea ilse has so many different kinds. My favorite is oolong. Your daughter is beautiful--she will remember these times and the special things you do with her the rest of her life. And Damian is becoming quite the handsome young man. They grow up too fast.
ReplyDeleteI want a loose tea ball in the worst way! That is awesome you can get different kinds of tea for Caleb from the chinese market!! How lovely!! I'll have to try the oolong for sure.
DeleteThank you! Yes, Damien is growing soo fast! It's just mind blowing!
