What's Cook'n-Smoking Vegan Kabobs

Cooking with friends is one of our favorite things to do! This is kind of becoming a weekly staple that our friend Kliff comes over and we cook a meal together. Kliff is Amare's godfather and also a bit of a foodie. He comes up with great recipes and he makes them happen here at out place.Not only is the food great, but this gives me little break from cooking dinner for the family. Much appreciated Kliff!!! This time he brought a friend over with him, and we'll call him smokey. This is what making Smoking Vegan Kabobs looks like:

Ingredients:
1 Container of extra firm tofu cubed
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium Summer Squash
1/2 Container Mushrooms (or so)
1/2 Red Pepper (or any color-Kliff thought that red would be good for this recipe)
Apple wood smoking chips

 Grilled to perfection (about 15 minutes) I wanted to get a pic of them on the grill but I think I was changing Amare's diaper.
