Lately.

 Life around these parts feels like it is moving at the speed of light. This time of year is especially hard for us. The cold weather and short days reak havoc on our psyches. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to get through the months of November to April. I am going to try to keep a positive outlook on things and keep my mind busy with crafts, projects, and photography. I am going to do all that I can to try to avoid surcoming to this time of darkness. I find it harder the older I get to deal with this time of year. I know for sure that we are in the wrong part of the country. Damien will be starting basketball in a few shorts weeks and this will help him get is body moving again, and in turn, get his mind off the chilly days and blistery cold nights. But, for now life goes on. I am going to try and live well, laugh as much as I can, and love every chance I get! This is what it all looks like lately:

 Treasure hunting, a great success. Retro juice container with mushrooms! $2.00! I was over the moon with this lovely thrifted find.  I'm in love with anything that has mushrooms on it. We also found a lovely knitted bib for Amar'e. And a wonderful wrap sweater that I found at a consignment store for $9.00. A bit price, but it was worth it. Also book for my mother in law.
